Just open the two videos (A and B) in differents tabs. Then play and stop one of them (A) when you heard a typical note, play the other one (B), and resume the stop one (A) when you heard the note. Then move the volum cursor. And conclude yourself.

I think the really good covers are by Indrek, Josh Wu, and FunTwo. Might all sound the same to you because they are all using the same backing track but their guitar notes are different.
