  • My left ear enjoyed this video.

  • wat about a rounded bolt?

  • Quality Item, Sent of for them via ebay, Recommended

  • '

will take off harden stronger metal as grade 8, stainless steel

  • LOL he said shaft

  • This system works perfectly on any BENCH !

Unfortunately most broken bolts are on the engine, totally inaccessible and prevents you getting the component off and onto the feckin BENCH !!

  • what if the bolt is broken off about 2 inchs down a hole. will the tool reach that far?

  • this won work i bought this there warranty is bad and so is their customer servise

  • @Armaangandevia1 Can't be as bad as your spelling, I can't figure out if you dislike the product or like it.

  • thats pretty cool but i space would be an issue with that huge thing. find a way to make it smaller and i'm a buyer for sure

  • Way to much work just use vice grips for the ones that stick out

  • I can see these working, maybe.Their may never be a true fool proof extraction system. Too many variables.

  • Comment removed

  • there not called 'chips' it's called 'swarf'.

  • I can see using this tool, great idea. One of the problems with a broken bolt that is at or below the surface is to properly center the drill. Usually the bolt is broken at an angle, resulting in the drill tip wandering to the side or being slightly off center. When you drill, the bit digs into the side, damaging the female threads for future use. A guide like this is a fine idea, obviously make by somebody with experience.

  • this is not a quick way to do this and it isn't the best...

  • these come in metrics right? broke a bolt of my dirtbike:/

  • neat but looks like way to much work when all ya need is a center drill and bolt remover.

  • O.K. but good luck breaking off a screw in an area you can get at with this tool.

  • At last!Something that has not been made in China.Stay with it and buy American!

  • cool tool. id probably chase the threads before putting the new bolt in though

  • Looks Good!!

  • where can i buy this in usa?

  • @oeang00

Currently the tool available through our web site or on ebay. It can also be found under the name e-z Center, distributed by Lawson Products Inc.

  • What about a broken bolt where space is limited?

  • @feakyt

If the tool itself won't fit then it obviously could not be used. However, if the tool fits but your drill is too large I have had success using longer drill bits (aircraft length rather than the jobber length that comes with the kit) when I need extra reach, or a 90 degree drill. If the extra length will solve your issue there are also drill bit extensions available on the market ranging from a few inches to a few feet in length.

  • I have a 6mm broken screw. Which kit do I have to purchase?

  • @drokano The quikcetner is designed for use on bolts, it might work for some applications with screws though. The tool also works with a particular thread pitch. Th 6mm bolt comes in a few different thread pitches. The 6mm-1.0 (course thread) is the most popular and the 6mm-0.80 (fine thread) is also used. We sell metric course thread and fine thread kits that contain th respective 6mm tools.

  • I wish I had one of these while I was working on my car. I spent 3 days fighting to get a broken starter bolt out of the engine block.

  • can i get this is in UK? OMG.

  • what if the suface isn't flat?

  • @polarbear49er

I would have to see the application your looking at to give better advise, but if the surface isn't flat you would not be able to use the centering body, but maybe the tool could attached to the bolt in one of the other 4 ways.

  • mono?

  • W A T C H M Y V I D E O S!!

  • Surley you can get this in the UK in metric.....?

  • @shammon1 The tool is available through our website (serach for QuikCenter youtube will not allow me to post it here). We ship worldwide using USPS priority mail flat rate.

  • I could do with one of these now as I have half a bolt stuck in a top mount on my suspension. I'm in the UK so that rules me out right? I have to be back at work on Monday and frankly, (if you'll excuse the pun) I'm 'screwed'.

  • @Delta10666 Thtool is available through our website. Unfortunatly youtube will not allow me to put it here in a reply but if you search for quikcenter it should come up.

  • Definitely need to be available in the UK I would totally buy this. Good description of how to use it too.

  • @coboltmoo The tool is available throughour website. We ship worldwideusing United States Postal Service. The shipping rates posted on thesite areusually a worst case destination and are adjusted by us prior to billing to reflect the actual costs.

  • I ordered them on the weekend and we will see how well they will work

  • @Thatsallfoks01 did it work good?

  • Please can some one get this sorted out for the UK market. there is NOTHING like it.

  • ebay it

  • what stores(US) can i buy this product at?

  • It is not currently available in any stores, but we are working on it. You can buy it on our website.

  • @quikcenter Not available in US stores, not available in UK stores but its available in sets of 4, single units for metric and imperial? WHERE is it available then?

  • We need these in the UK....no distributer yet?.....well, i'll do it....seriously

  • If you are serious about being a distributor please email me. I don't want to post my email here but you can use the you tube service or get my email off our website. Thanks.

  • Very good, simply a must for stud removal. Can I get this in th UK.?

  • where do i get the sound track? lol

  • how much is it ?

  • Great tool, would be even better if it came with left handed drill bits, those are great for broken bolt extraction.

  • Thanks for the support. We had tried left handed drills at one point and found that sometimes the drill would grab the bolt and try to twist it out with the tool in place resulting in a broken drill bit. I do agree that left handed drills work great for bolt extraction, but I recomend using them after the guide hole is created with the QuikCenter. Thanks again.
