When my mom was a baby, she got sick and her mom didnt take her to the hospital in time.she went into a coma and had brain damage. on top of that her dad was overseas in the war.her mom decided that she cldnt handle 2kids and wrote my gpa a letter saying that she found a new man and that she wld give him the kids if she cld hav his car. my mom nvr saw her again until she was a teen. to this day she still wont talk to her. I resent her so much for leaving my mom & missing out on both of our lives

@dancingdewdrop i actually am a Christian :) and my mom tried to talk to her years ago but she wants nothing to do with us. every Christmas we send her a card and we dont get one back, and I never hear from her on my bday or my moms.its because she looks at my mom as damaged and she knows its her fault so she thinks its easier to avoid us... my grandpa passed away when i was 8, but he loved her until the day he died, but she despised him because all of us kids were closer to him

My mom passed 5 yrs ago and she was a single parent since I was 4. Alone with 4 kids my dad moved to Florida and this song makes me think of him since I got his eyes... This song makes me think of my dad as well now that he is all I have left we still dont get along I really feel that line where she says when I look in the mirror and see his eyes and the part about forgiveness I still cant forgive him for leaving us and never being there,I only hurting me as he is a trustfund kid &never a dad...

my mother gave me up when i was little bout i use to see her every other weekend she would make me watch this and say she dedicated it to her two weeks later i told her i never want to see her again she just wanted me to feel pain it was probably the best decision i have ever made in my life :)

When my mom was a baby, she got sick and her mom didnt take her to the hospital in time.she went into a coma and had brain damage. on top of that her dad was overseas in the war.her mom decided that she cldnt handle 2kids and wrote my gpa a letter saying that she found a new man and that she wld give him the kids if she cld hav his car. my mom nvr saw her again until she was a teen. to this day she still wont talk to her. I resent her so much for leaving my mom & missing out on both of our lives

@dancingdewdrop i actually am a Christian :) and my mom tried to talk to her years ago but she wants nothing to do with us. every Christmas we send her a card and we dont get one back, and I never hear from her on my bday or my moms.its because she looks at my mom as damaged and she knows its her fault so she thinks its easier to avoid us... my grandpa passed away when i was 8, but he loved her until the day he died, but she despised him because all of us kids were closer to him
