  • Who the hell races on steel wheels?

  • @aluisious Well.. Lets see.. We can start with NASCAR and all of its sub racing classes, NHRA, IMCA, WoO... Every dirt track across America on a Saturday night has steel racing wheels on it. In fact this particular brand of wheel is used in all of the applications I listed.

  • @mattcossel29 I'd have thought that NASCAR etc would race on aluminum, same as motorcycle racing (I'm more familiar with that).

  • Amazing! :O

  • does anyone know where I can find specifications to all the machines featured in this video? Thanks in advance

  • Not exactly a small press, holy crap :P

  • @SpeedFreakNO There are even bigger ones its crazy. up to 100 000 tons of pressure

  • Who ever thought this shit up. is a genius.

  • @cvl85 You are enlightened! Imagine building cars? You can thank industrial engineers for this process-oriented stuff (the steps required to build something). But thank of course the other engineers for design and the product itself. In short, even moreso than the design, it is these processes that influence quality. A little research into auto manufactering - Japanese in particular - may be a valuable, eye openening thing!

  • what team used chrome painted wheels?

    NONE

  • @Rcrby525 herbie use this rims on black

  • Why two valve stems?

  • @SirDeanosity I think you put a pressure gauge on one and fill it up from the other.

  • @arcticfoxpi That seems to be the only explanation that makes sense. Thanks.

  • @SirDeanosity I was wondering the same thing??

  • aeroracewheels

    com

    /wheels

If they don't have the sizes your looking for in the bolt pattern you want, shoot them an email or call them up and they may be able to make you a set

I have a pair of 13x7 -25 up front and a pair of 13x7 -50 out back on my datsun 510 and I love these wheels.

There craftsmanship is excellent, there made in the USA, and there about the price of a set of rota's or xxr's and other rep rims but there made of superior materials and there quality control is superb!

  • man, i wonder how much they cost at 7.5J and 8.5J - 4 x 100... if they are even aviable.. i'd love those under my car!

  • they have 2 valve stems because there is an inner liner, like a tire within a tire, so the outer one blows the inner one will keep the rim off the ground so the car can get back to the pits

  • the black rims look so great. how many does they coast?

  • @kuma982 about 70 buck a piece for bassett wheels on ebay which are the same thing as these aero rims are good just like bassett. most only come in 15" size though

  • wheels not wheel

  • These wheels are NASCAR spec. They use a secondary 'tube' inside the tire to allows much better control temporarily when the main tire is punctured.

  • That's a JDM wheel to be precise.

  • why there are two valve holes?

  • @whitebear26 fills the tire faster then one

  • @whitebear26 One to hook the air pressure gauge to and one to fill the air with. That way you can see the tire pressure as you are filling it.

  • @whitebear26 @tearlessj hi there are 2 because they can use nitrogen and one is to purge all the air out.
