How did you animate the wheels/steering-wheel? Are they separate models which you rotate. Or is it just a single model with pre-animated animations?

I did with separated model!

But on creators club have a sample of a tank(Simple Animation Sample) with only one model and without a pre-animated animations. They used a model with bones and they did animations rotationing separated bones. On future i will do this, but now I'm focused in other projects, my site with a tutorials, now only heve a basic tutorials in portuguese, and my tetris game with XNA, only because I need to finish some project and this F1 is not simple.
