i rebuilt my G. Burton Strat Copy and i couldnt figure out how to rewire the pickups so im stuck with 1 volume and 2 toned with a 5 way switch. im looking to replace the pickups with a humbucker 1 volume and a killswitch for each coil on the humbucker could u send me a diagram of the wiring

its actually just spray paint from a hardware store, the trick is using car wax. A lot of hard rubbing with that will give you a nice glossy inexpensive finish

if you are wanting to play metal i would for sure put some hot rails in, they are pretty much a humbucker in a single coil size and will handle heavy distortion a lot better. The number u put in is up to you. I've played a strat with 3 and it sounds great
