  • Thanks, that is why if you do not add oil, rice will sticky with the seaweed sheet. :)

  • I love sushi idea, only need to reform is reduce the too hot and stimulating ginger slices, and too hot mustard paste to replace with soy sauce, and sesame seeds cooked. :) So, everyone can enjoy. :)

  • Devil is the adultery woman living with a huge snake in Bible. :) And she lured everyone in the world by fake and cheating trading from her scheme. :) We should believe it, men is kinder than evil women. :) It is women damaged our paradise actually. :)

  • Looks so delicious! Have to try this!

  • It looked so beautiful at 2:47. It'd been hard for me to roll the thing up, then eat it. At least you got it on film first :)

All of your presentations are wonderful. And to me, when I see beauty, whether it be in a person, flower, or food, the worst thing is to destroy it. Or maybe I'm just OCD, but anyhow, I'd probably starve if you cooked for me because I wouldn't want to destroy the beauty on my plate.

  • How to not get your hand stick with rice? I love doing sushi roll but everytime the rice will stick on my hands. I tend to wet my hands before spread the rice but it will get the rice wet. =(

  • @selinapeijuan use finger tips. then it's better... but yes, still sticks!

  • Thank you for the recipes and fir giving background explanations... Keep it up

  • do you use the rice right after you cook it? i know its better if you mix the sushisu with hot rice but then do you roll right away? because it makes the nori soft....so how long after rice is cooked/hot do you wait for it to cool down to use? thanks!
