I f your spirit is not clam you will never love to train aikido ... in fact it's my story to everyone : "i train aikido since 4 years , and from 2 weeks ago i decided to attend an MMA class and understand my message . My sensei always tell me to have a peaceful heart , the MMa coach was teaching his students to beat the hell out of their opponent . In techniques the coach couldn't take me down because i was in hamni position "guard position" , they couldn't strike me and hurt me bcoz of aikido.

aikido is the best martial art ever... Many people thinks that it's the hardest one and I compleately agree. There is more than 1000 moves and it's the only martial art, where you have to find tour own way in fighting... ^^
