@illeador its funny the fact u think 40 fraps is good. i get 954 Fraps exactly on my mafia 2 on the highest settings there is WITHOUT fraps and 900 with fraps. your computer can not handle this game at all.

i think you mean fps? frames per second? maybe you should sell one of your graphics cards and buy some english books. also, 40 is decent. not excellent, but decent. film and tv runs at 25fps. so as long as ur minimum fps is above that the game should appear smooth enough however with video games i would say min 50fps is ideal. above that isnt necessary unless you just want to show off and/or waste money.
