If a group is trying to form a Union - what Union is there to intimidate? The employer is the one who has the ability to fire employees. McGovern wants MORE changes to the EFCA. Look up the current process - THERE IS NO SECRET BALLOT IN PLACE. If one doesn't exist, how can it be taken away? You obviously aren't aware of how someone Organizes, nor are you aware of what the EFCA entails.

You are the blatant liar here. The bill (until just recently - it's been amended) quite explicitly talked about what's called "card check." People IN FAVOR of the bill called it "card check." Union bosses pushing for the passage of the bill called it "card check" and said it's NOT what is in place now. You just make crap up, worm. It is 100% accepted that card check has NOT been in use in the way this bill was designed to push forward and there ABSOLUTELY have been secret ballots!

(Actually, the AFL-CIO prefers to not use the term Card Check" so that's a lie right there.) Anyone else can check the info and see for themselves that it is you who is the liar. Show one case of Organizing that has had a secret ballot. JUST ONE. I'll be waiting...
