help. i must make "triple-cream cheese" after my favorite cheese "red hawk". i should just add more creme before adding the lemons? help me on this, i make the curds this weekend. i will make the culture by purchasing the red hawk at the store, then mixing it in with the whey ..
Seems like a bubbly wasted of whey.....and also CURDS

very beautiful but can i use somthing instead of renet cuz i can't find it..
i heard it is ok to use a slice of old cheese , it may help the milk to curd...is that right?

@badr177 for every litre of milk use 2 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar. No need for renet
