My mom agrees about the ambush makeovers on Oprah. She just turns off the TV until the end when they show the transformations. I like the "What Not to Wear" on cable because most of the time they emphasize that the person isn't ugly, it's that the person could be doing more to inhance their look. And most of the time it's true when it comes to interviews and even simply feeling better about one's self. It makes a difference-- it's nice to put in the effort now and then. Lol fried eggs...
