This is why the B-52 and the C-5 among other large aircraft have crosswind crab feachered in the landing gear. The gear accually oriant to the runway while the plane keeps crabbed into the crosswind. This makes for a smoother landing with less stress on the gear. I hear that pilots find it strange the first time the land with this system.
winds aren't calm every day. what will you do in these situations? remember your training and do a dependable landing. these pilots certainly flew conventional aircraft. learn how with the best. Aeroclube.
This must be a test of side loading the gear. Possible tire dismounts, and sheared gear if the engineering is not right. Correct me if I am wrong please!! Amazing flying though.
these planes are made to land like this video there not made to land normally when u land a 777 and the 747 final on landing there is a sudden judder dude to the weels are never stright they are always preopared for crosswind and flying 737 is right it takes years of training to fly one of these it took me 2 years till i was flying for BA
Flying sure is our thing my freind. What do you fly? You Flying for British Airways?The one main aim of a pilot is to become captain of one of those things. 2 Years for what though? You get licences and enough hours for your plane and then you go through a series of tests and so on. 2 years for what? Landing practice? Hah! Merry Christmas.
Greeat piloting. I wonder if the back wheels is aligned in the flight direction... If they are fixed with the plane it must be a tremendous tire wearout.
You apparently do not know anything about aviation at all, we pilots like to watch videos with good flying like those, it takes skill to land a 777 and a 747. Reason they were crooked is they can't dip the wings like traditional x-wind procedures due to the fact they'll hit the engine pylons. The airplanes are designed to land like that. As a pilot myself I can say those landings are fairly common sometimes
Muito bom o vídeo num todo. A mensagem, as imagens e a trilha sonora. Ótima edição! Só um detalhezinho à correção na frase "lembre-se de seus inStrutores", faltou um "s".

I htink thats some sort of Boeing test taking place, every one of those planes had boeing livery. I bet it was part of the certification process.

it's called crosswind landing =='
it's an amazing thing to see planes land in such harsh enviornment, and that's what test pilots do to test the limit

THE BEST BEST VIDEO I HAVE EVER SEEN WOW!! WHAT'S THAT SONG COULD U PLZ TELL ME.. CHEERS ;)
msvisio 5 years ago
The song is "Return to Innocence" by "Enigma".
But the whispering is "Jubilant Drinking Song" by Difang-Duana. Difang-Duana is a native Taiwanese and
"Jubilant Drinking Song" is a traditional song for his family.
In 1996, this song became the theme song for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta
Enigma used Difang-Duana's song without asking permission first and took most credit.
