@Dejan185 if u want my advice,just take it easy.At first I actually couldn't do more than 3 push ups.
Now i can do over 50 in 1 set,what i did was 5 sets per day ,only takes like 10-15 minute...first week i did
5 sets of pushup ,2-3 push ups /set.After a week I could do 5-6 per set and so on.That doesn't mean that after 5 weeks you'll necessarly do 20-30 in one set BUT it's a way to get you going.

I eat a lot of pasta and bread. Just your pasta down, change it to whole wheat (whole wheat makes you sh*t like no joke but it cleans you out!) and change your bread to good ones like whole wheat, rye etc. and rice eat less (eat a ball like ball it up and thats your serving) change it to cous cous or brown rice which is healthier. But I don't know about cheese. I'm vegan so no cheese for me ;)

actually yes, my strength may be more in other parts of my body then my legs, and muscle weighs more than fat, so what you say is completely incorrect, besides you can determine my capabilities just from a comment that im not much of a runner.
you cannot be strong and have weak legs they are too big and too great of a muscle i know huge guys at 6ft3 or more who carry a lot of weight that dont work out who can outrun other people due simply to big legs and strength you cannot be strong but unable to run more than one mile and muscle does not weigh more than fat 1 pound of muscle weighs the same as 1 pound of fat they both weigh 1 pound. or to be accurate they both have a mass of 1 pound as weight can change given environment.
