It's so strange. When little kids ask "whats Toonami?"(Thats if they ever heard of it) I get this weird feeling in my chest, like wow I was apart of that. That legacy. Not only that, I used to watch G Gundam, Endless Waltz, Reboot, Rave Master, Big O, Too many more to name, i know i could still find these on youtube but it's not the same, CN sold out to a younger audience, They even got rid of naruto. It was a nighttime block that mostly remembered for featuring anime and other action shows. It went off the air some months ago. I never was into Toonami that much, but people really loved it.

Nicely put,but another reason I believe we love it so much was how promo's were handled.

I remember enjoying those just as much as the ACTUAL anime because of the awesome editing skills with great music to go with it. It also was my first source for anime and it ultimately led me to bigger anime's such as "Akira".
