You have a point, but that is not true. I use stopping power for my M40A3 and when i shoot someone in the chest without juggernaut they die in 1 shot, but when they have juggernaut it takes 2 bullets to the chest unless they are previously hurt. Juggernaut is more powerful then stopping power, enough said.

In CoD4 I refuse to use unrealistic perks such as Deep Penetration, Juggernaut, and Stopping Power. Other perks like Extreme Conditioning and Steady Hand make sense as they are skills that could be developed in real life with proper training and conditioning.

Steady hand is extremely valuable, though once you get access to the P90, sometimes I'll switch it to Extreme Conditioning to get pretty much infinite sprint and loads of speed. Add to that bandolier/2x RPG + UAV jammer and you have my completed "Ninja/High Maneuver" class.

@mobius1aic Its an excellent mix of speed, agility, stealth, and firepower. I'll equip the P90 with a red-dot sight. Of course, the reaction time to aim at your intended, fire, and move on is extremely important too. Oh and I game on PC, with none of that auto-aim BS.

Don't even get me started on Painkiller. You get rewarded for dying x number of times in a row, and then solely because you sucked that bad, you get to kill another player who wasn't even at fault for your deaths, he was just *there* when you came waltzing by. so the best way to counter Juggernaut is having a Stooping Power perk guy (with there are alot of them)

If you shoot with Stooping Power at some one with Juggernaut its like you dont have stooping power and the guy dont have Juggernaut.
