I left the church a few years ago and couldn't agree with you more. Now I have more time and money, and can focus on experiencing life, rather than worrying about if I am "good enough". I still have the same basic morals, don't waste time trying to indoctrinate others, and have grown closer to my family. Being an ex-mormon is great and I wish I had left the corporation sooner. I feel truly sorry for those who cannot break free from their indoctrination.
Who cares if you served a mission for the Church. That doesn't make you anything special or knowledgeable.
The problem with you isn't about Mormonism. It's about God. There is no point of even discussion the topic of Joseph Smith, coffee and tea, and the 3 kingdoms, because you don't even have the foundation of believing in a true and living Christ.
If you call not even half a thousand many, than sure *many are questioning the Church*. It's an understatement.
If more of you people would actually read the scriptures and listen to the voice of the prophet Thomas S. Monson, you would restrengthen your testimonies of Christ.
An added note, the scriptures such as the New Testament many times speak of people going astray and leaving the Church. Refer to the story of the ten virgins and also the parable of the seed. God bless u
