Fascinating! can i know the phaco parameters? Did you change them while phacoing last piece.

@drtarachand :I used the B&L Millenium here. my phaco parameters are: power: 40%, 10 pulses/sec, vaccum: 200 mm Hg, bottle height: 110. I dont change my settings for the last piece. I just blip the pedal frequently while doing the last piece. I alternately go to foot position 3 for maybe a second then go back to position 2 so the tip retains its hold on the fragment then go back to position 3 and so forth until I finish the last fragment. @drtarachand The video response I added using the Alcon Infinity shows in clearer detail what I do for the last fragment. Observe the foot position indicator on the upper portion of the video as I phaco the last fragment. Thank you
