Actually, even if you change the names, intentionally duplicating the representation of two well-known characters is actually a breach of the copyright. Bob and Larry are a tomato and a cucumber, just as Rob and Harry are. Not to mention the fact you only changed one letter in each name. It's cool if you had good intentions, but a breach of copyright is a breach of copyright. It's worse when you go around saying that it's not.
