Disney likes doing the movements like that but, only twice. Louis the Alligator in Princess and the Frog did the same thing like Madam Mim did in Sword in the Stone.

that was just lazy on disneys part. On one hand they should be ashamed but on the other hand it fits in perfectly

I think it's neat that they took a whole chase scene and reused it in another film, and there is a time difference between the Two movies as well
