What an inspirational message and transformation. I've just recently gone raw (1 month ago) I still slip up every once in a while. I've lost only about 5 lbs. Does it take a long time to start dropping the major lbs.?? Thanks for your videos. I've also been watching "Dan the Man" on "Liferegenerator"
@SONNYBASSVIDS Are you consuming large amounts of nuts, seeds, and fats? Are you already very thin? I am moderately overweight, and I was still consuming a lot of fats, and I was losing about half a pound a day when I started losing weight on a raw vegan diet. Make the majority of your diet greens, fruits and vegetables. Eat a small amount of nuts and seeds a day. If you are already slender, than don't worry about it. If you feel yourself plateauing, you can look into a juice feast!

I'm a vegetarian,...I might can do the vegan thing but I can't do the raw vegan thing...that's a bit much. Good video tho.

My roommate thinks that I'm crazy for not eating meat. I'm currently vegetarian transitioning back to raw veganism.
