As mentioned before make sure all screws have some sort of screw lock applied, as they will come loose when flying. Give this heli a little time to respond to stick inputs and you will be fine !!
I have had the Lama 3 for quite a while now and am still very happy with it. There are a few things you need to do when you first get your Lama 3.
1. Make sure you add screw lock to all the screws on the heli ( including the servo screws ) - this will prevent the screws from coming loose during flight
2.The LM3 servos can be replaced with Eflite EFLRDS75H servos which gives the heli better cyclic control, and are generally more reliable
@breg77 - your right it was not that windy - when i inspected the heli after posting the vid there were a few screws loose which affected the flight performance
THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST FLYING VIDEO'S OF THE LM3 IN THE WIND ! YOUR FLYING IS EXCELLENT - ROLEX.

Hi,
Very Nice vid
After flying with cb180, i got my lm3 2 days ago and was very impress with this heli model.
It s definitly not a for beginners.
I just love it. Massive, powerfull. Personnaly i think it s a good transition to CP.
Reacting as Cp when launching and landing.
No mistake aloud.
Any tips to share?????
Cheers

Hi,
Nice driving skill~~!!!
Thanks for your cool video~!!!
I ordered one at Hobby city.com and waiting for it.
But I heard many complaints that Lama3 is not stable and servos are bad.
What do you think about those bad opinions?
And could you let me know what servos did you use.
And why should you change servos?

@palestineoliver
Hi Palestineoliver
I have done pretty much the same as you, putting on Hurricane 550 skids / eflite servos ( EFLRDS75H).
The only other mod. I have done is to put a Velcro fastener on the battery tray to stop the battery from falling out during flight
Although i am very happy with my LM3 i am looking forward to buying the FUNCOPTER when it comes out in a few weeks time !! – Please rate my video !
