I love Infamous, and Prototype looks good too, but I was never crazy about how "the Beast" turned out. Instead of a giant "boss monster" image, it should have been someone Cole Macgrath's size, outrageously powerful maybe, but someone comparable enough that the two could fight toe to toe, in almost a "Spider-Man and Venom" kind of rivalry. I think someone like Alex Mercer could have fit the bill perfectly.
