big chance he bends 2 cards. puts one on top(dont aks me how) and uses his 2 fingers at the back to keep it down untill he  "pulls it up"

You flip over two cards, keeping them sandwiched together, and bend the two of them together, being sure not to show the bottom card. You then flip both over and grab only the top one (which was on the bottom when it was face up) and bring it to the bottom, holding down the top card so it won't bend. You then release pressure from your thumb and forefinger, making the first card pop up.

paradox89 I'm not a magician or anything but if you'll notice he only shows one pip(the corner of the card that denotes the suite)at a time. see his hand is always covering up one corner. So the answer to your quetion is he's useing a trick card:)

If you have a deck of usual cards, look for the king of hearts and the king of diamonds. You will notice that on the video that Shawn's holding a false card. its a king of diamond, with a heart on the upper left corner and a diamond in the lower right. At 1:34 you can see how king of hearts shoul look like

im sorry to inform you that it is not quite a slight of hand trick. if you notice when he shows the card to the crowd it is a King Of Hearts, notice the "other heart" on the card is hidden by his hand, it is infact a Diamond not a heart, he just flips it over and shows the diamond and covers the heart he showed before.

He's not nervous and i can garentee that. I've watched him perform "the shape of my heart" rutine about three times live, and each time his hands have gotten more shaky. There are many reasons people hands get shaky and I can assure you the nerves is not his problem. I would sooner say that it's ageing.

There's always a way if you're committed. Everyone has their own style of performing and style of technical approach; when you find yours, you'll pick the effects that suit you and your performing personality. Some magicians can execute any sleight they want, but they mightn't be the best at showmanship - this is an area you might be better at - it can make or break any sleight of hand move!
