non-vtec has a similiar system, but FAR less oil pressure routed to the cam journals to keep them lubed...

@fucatypr hsl cams keep vtec engaged all the time.. it doesnt eliminate the vtec it even says on their website HSL (High Speed Lift) VTEC Camshafts
