Why do you limit your kid from learning how to use the chopsticks normally? let her use a normal pair... kids will learn faster than adults... no need to give her those fake chopsticks
@waterflowzz Those chopsticks are designed to teach the kids how to hold them properly. They are like training wheels on a bike. Now, I am not saying that all Koreans are like this, but they cant hold their chopsticks properly because they werent taught correctly.
hey, im a korean and i have lived in korea for over 20 years. So, i knw well about chopstick culture. Not all Koreans use iron chopstick.. (have you even lived in korea ? ㅋㅋㅋ) What you are asserting is headstrong. To convince other, you should provide proper evidences before you swear like a pirate. Anyways, it seems u r a jerk who like to pick up a quarrel with somebody... what a loser.. you should be ashamed of your way to talk.
okay......i dun knw perfectly about the chopstick history, but koreans use either iron, wooden, or plastic nowadays. Even in Joseon dynasty, pple used either iron or wooden. My family also use either iron and wooden. gundrag000, not all koreans use iron chopsticks. it is absurd assertion.
she is really cute. The way she's wrapping rice and bulgogi in lettuce is totally korean style. it makes me laugh... =D oh, next time try korean rice (the sticky and glutinous) cuz it's really good for wrapping ( no need to worry about dropping. ) =D
Very cute kid! Besides introducing her to a foreign cuisine, teach her to chew with her mouth closed. A real princess knows how to dine with royalty ofcouse ;-)
I'm Korean-American and I have no idea what the heck you're talking about... my 4-year-old girl uses a giraffe chopsticks I got at the Korean market and I don't ever use the thin metal ones my parents used because they're uncomfortable for my pudgy hands. Is there a chopstick lore or metaphor my ancestors never told me about?
wow, she likes kimchi??? bulgolgi is a given...that dish is yummy awesome! i love kimchi but ive yet to witness, in person, a child liking kimchi. hey, will you adopt me as your son and older brother to Kacy? x) j/k. i can only hope my kid will be as forgiving as yours...lol.
Yes. I love Korean food so much. I wish I could make it. My adopted mother use to make it, not so much any more. What I like about it, is so much different than Chinese or Japanese food.

korea uses iron chopsticks. not a wooden or plastic. because iron is heavy and it has many meaning..
