My brother is fighting this type of cancer and unfortunately he has been diagnosed as terminal and is receiving chemo to prolong life. The chemo is bad enough for him not to mention the side effects of getting most of hin eosophagus and stomach removed, but I'm proud to say he is fighting it to the end, to get a bit longer. Love you Mark, you're an inspiration x
