How the wolseley silencer working to reduce the noise?

The wolseley silencer hasn't anything in it, it's just open! it's not the original silencer but i will buy a new one soon.

What is that "metal" noise when its running... exhaust is okay but that other noise?

That metal noise what you hear is the magneto-chain. It's very slack, so i have to buy a new one.
