We have a huge racoon that gets into our seeded bird feeders and I have to bring in the hummingbird feeders at night or he'll knock all the liquid out all over the deck. He comes around 12:30 makes tons of noise, scuffles around and is a huge annoyance. But I have to admit - this video is hilarious. Maybe I should watch our "Rocky Racoon" out of the window - perhaps I'd get a good laugh instead of being all pissed off! Great video!

That's what happens when humans invade animal territory. They do not want to forage for food, either. They want an easy meal, and so, go into our backyards to find a surplus of food, in the trash. If humans are allowed to be lazy AND destructive (globally), then why can't animals, such as raccoons, which were pushed to live with humans, in the first place, get an easier access to food.

yeah you can completely have one as a pet. you just have to know someone. some ppl breed them and sell them. technically you need a license but for a raccoon no one really cares. not like it's a tiger. You have to make sure they have their own toys and space b/c they like to get into stuff. they'll use a litterbox and can learn the word no. but Mr. gschjetne down there speaks about subjects he doesn't know about it really annoys me
