Our guild is doing naxx25 now and then (with some pug ppl because we dont have enough active level 80's to make a full guild run) and we always wipe on this boss, mostly because the pug ppl never know this fight so they kill everyone.

They're probably locked in place. Most, if not all addons will allow you to move them, you've gotta either type a command to unlock eg. /squeenix lock off, or something similar. Or there will be something in the options, most Ace addons only have a command function, and some will have an actually menu where you can manipulate different settings with a slide bar, or tick box etc.

This is Thaddius..the polarity shift makes you do increased amounts of damage depending how many others with the same debuff are stacked on you.
