"Savagely violent" "punishingly hard or uncomfortable" and "without any attempt to disguise unpleasantness" are all definitions of brutal. "kick ass" does not mean brutal in any way shape or form.

Nice riffs! :) You should change your amp settings a little though IMO. I've owned a 5150 combo as well, and in my experience you may want to back down on the gain a little (somewhere past 5, or before 5 if you're using a booster). Also try turning the bass up. Somewhere between 7 or 8 gives you are really good metalcore type tone. You should back down on the resonance as well though, this gives you a tighter bass response. :)
@GuitarExclusive Most of the time, my bass response sucks on the 5150 combo. I think that it could be because of a broken capacitor in there (at first there was a lot of noise and not much volume, then i fixed it by resoldering even though one of the leads were messed up).
I will upload another clip and give my settings and see what you think, but this time with WGS Veteran 30 speakers in :)
