  • It's called a penis, and the movie doesn't show it any more frequently than it was done in the graphic novel.

  • They just didn't mention the part where Hollis Mason dies, thenthe one scene where those two detectives go to the house of a woman who just had her husband kill the kids then himself

  • Nothing's wrong with it, I just think the movie ending is better. I can't really say much without giving things away, but it's played out better.

  • i heard that they kept it as close to the comic as possible and thats one of the reasons there only doing one movie so im pretty sure there shouldnt be.

  • Thank you for your discretion. I was going to see it regardless because I loved the book and I'm a fan of Alan Moore's work, despite him condemning the movie because of what happened with V for Vendetta.

  • Yeah, it's a good adaptation of the book. Very well done, a lot of the movie looks like it's right out of the graphic novel. It's amazing!

  • I agree. The new ending does work better. In all honesty, I never was fan of the last two chapters of the graphic novel, but I think the film changes enough to make it more believable, less cheesy, and more in keeping with the main characters (mainly Nite Owl), who doesn't simply go and have sex with Laurie after an important happens.
