I solved the problem. I hadn't enough visual rating stars, I needed 7 for the 7 star magazine.When I tuned the car up to 7 stars did appear the races. Thanks anyway :)

@bmwMax95 If there are no more opponents on the map and u cant race or do outruns,while driving in explore mode,press pause,go to garage,go to world map,and do the races that say they werent completed

@bmwMax95 Go to garage > Fireup World map > Pick up the uncomplete level (The uncomplete level will say "not completed") then race all of them(After that you will complted the game for 100%).

The Mustang is aight, i have a stock look on mine, with stock wheels, just the after market light and exhaust, oh and the hood. Anything else looks to me like rice. But i guess u did okay on driving, couldve done more drifts, stangs are good for drifts in that game
