yes you can roam the city freely (very freely). The PC version requires a monster PC.. (2+ gigs of ram, very much space). I've been playing the 360 version...roaming the city is EXCELLENT. The missions/cinematic sequences are very mediocre, though

Okay. I have the PC version, so work with me.

Standing and facing the wall, charge your jump. Once it's fully charged, release it. Right after you see spiderman take off, that's when he has full momentum. At that precise moment press sprint and hold while going forward while holding down the wall crawling button. Sounds confusing, but once you figure out what i'm trying to say, it's very easy.

u have to unlock it first. then when u do, hold the l2 button a run to a wall and the b button once u get to it.walaa your wall running
