I assure you that I did not make it up! The terms I used were from a claimed little known French publication called LElectronique, of which a translated version appeared in Electronic Australia in April 1991, concerning the acceleration of subatomic particles that were called toidis.
At the time in 1991, I was desperately seeking modern published verification of an opposing flow of particles, in the opposite direction to current flow, which explained many observed effects in nature, and I hastily embraced this article to be true, which was poor science on my part.
I also add that at the time there was no simple method to check its validity. Further investigation has revealed that the article must have been a hoax, so I am truly grateful that you have brought this to my attention, so I will re-edit the video ASAP to make it as scientifically accurate as possible.

An excellent and very intelligent question! At 2:16 Positive charge is on top sphere, negative below, preferential rotation of cylinder is clockwise, at 2.50 positive is below, negative on top, preferential rotation is also clockwise, at 3:37 Positive charge is on top sphere, negative below, preferential rotation of cone/ cylinder is anticlockwise. At 4:05 positive is below, negative on top preferential rotation is clockwise. Anticlockwise from below becomes clockwise when positive is above.
The only way I can explain this is that the additional geometry of the cone follows the path of the tornado spin. A spiralling vortex of two tubes of charged moving air, an upward spiralling and an inner that travels downward, with a vacuum of sufficient strength to support the cylinders is created by the Bernoulli effect at right angles to the upward spiralling air on the outside of the funnel.
I have checked out your site, Excellent work, I have also done some work on magnetic rails using permanent magnets but you have taken it to a new level with your novel experiments and artistic designs, very cool! I will check out the rest of your vids, Please keep checking my site as I have started loading my old experiments first from 20 years ago and onwards and the best is yet to be presented.
