Parkour and Freerunning are slowly merging into one single motion. With the right flips within Parkour, you have Freerunning flare, but also keep your flow of motion. Not saying either is better than the other, i personally prefer Parkour, but to each his own. So quit your bitching about the flips or anything like that. Don't like the video? Go make your own.
