and what can you tell me about music quality and volume ?

Music quality is good for 60 bucks but it will stop working after about 3 months due to a billion technical problems. Mine has a broken wire and you can't take it apart to replace the battery or mend the wires. These should be recalled. I formatted mine, reset it by holding up power switch for 15 seconds, deleted everything, got the latest firmware, everything. Still doesn't work.

If you buy from Newegg/Tigerdirect they will replace for 1 Year.

Also Sansa will do it for 2 years if you didn't buy a refurbished one.
