And yet another cop who doesn't know the law when it comes to recording. These guys are ridiculous! I wonder what the penalties are for wrongfully threatening people for doing something that's within their right?
They all ways walk away when people ask these kinds of questions, (it's like their scared) but regardless its a Statute, Statutes were made by humans with the same dignity and rights as everyone else so therefore the governing bodies of the Law Society can only use Statutes against you with your consent, if you get charged with any Statute or Act or BY-Law or other legislative rule of a society, it is because you consented to it 100% i think its time people wake up and realize this factor.
His word against yours and your witness. I wonder if his radar had been calibrated recently. I also wonder why he didn't stop the truck in front of you who had to be going 72 as well. If you were breaking a law that was a federal offense in the beginning, as he stated, then how come he didn't arrest you. Like you said, it's all about that monthly quota.

With that being said, you can challenge it in the court by asking the cop of when he got his radar calibrated. Your witness can help the your case as well, and your video evidence. I have a question for you, the camera said was back n 2008? did you go to court? and what was the verdict?
