As a techno-enthusiast I bought a complete Boatsonic set for my 40 ft sailboat as soon as it was available in Italy, a couple of years ago. Unfortunately it stopped working last Summer, just before holiday cruise. I sent the two motherboards to the producer (AQUASONIC, Belgium) for assistance, but nothing happened since then. Even the local dealer left the business because the company is not reliable. In conclusion: good product, but very bad service (at least for Boatsonic by Aquasonic).
