@MrXTGZX I suggest you reinstall the game and use the patch 1.0.4.0. Its the best till date. Cz i had checked youtube for these patches, a videos is there showing difference between 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0. The 1.0.7.0 lags alot. download contig.exe place it in your game folder and create a shortcut on desktop. Now goto properties of shortcut u just created and in target section place -s -v LIKE THIS : "E:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\Contig.exe" -s -v Now save it. and run it as admin
