Well if you don't live in London why are you bothered? I do live in London and like most Londoners have felt not only only felt the pinch of skyrocketing costs that affect the motorist and the trains and buses but also the stinging congestion charge all thanks to Ken. As far as brains is concerned I think you'll find Boris has the highest iq of the two. Yes he babbles sometimes but i think he has far more potential which would possibly be realised if he was given the chance.
