i would strongly suggest that you track your body fat% thru some form of method mentioned in the book as with this diet you will lose fat and possibly gain some muscle mass (attributing to further fat loss). This will not be evident on a weight scale. Bod pod would be my suggestion...google it in your home town/state.
@HHH396 Hey man great to see ya, I unfortunatley had a very bad injury on my foot two summers ago, and really been off and on, but I got new goals, which are sports performance goals, really focussed and dedicated, just getting back slowly. My shoulders are out of wack, ankles, back and everything, but I thats the past this is the future
Hi there. I'm on my first week too. I've lost a few pounds already. I think you should consider getting a scale that measures body fat, because you may have built muscle. That way you don't have to worry about body weight, just worry about how many pounds of fat you've lost. I think you'll be even more surprised.

@ajmcclary I do plan on doing that, I have one being shipped over to my place that does measure bodyfat. Hopefully it comes in by the end of the week
