I only wish that this was the problem. But the video was shot first thing in the morning after I had just started up my computer for the day.

try the tcp fix, if u havnt dont say its a problem with ncsoft its your computer

I had this issue multiple times. I found that restarting my pc was the only thing that worked. I often keep my pc on too long - and while it doesnt affect WoW or streaming video or surfing the net - it affects Aion for some reason. Good Luck!
