The tail doesn't look like a beam but a spiral shaped trail. If it was a beam, I'd imagine the tail would consistently spin with the shape in front. It looks rather irregular and relatively stationary to the front though. I think its just a rocket failure. Maybe the consistency in the front is just due to a rare, very specified malfunction in the engine that lead to the uniform shaped disk. Rockets fail all the time. Sometimes people will see strange malfunctions from odd vantage points.

The rocket theory is a theory that is not proven, EISCAT lies just where the blue beam points. What is the matter! NO rocket that has existed in 20 years can spin 18 times around its own axle and then vanish. The spiral has occurred 20 years ago in china. So the technique has existed since then. And ICBM rocket is much newer. So it is not ICBM rocket.

As a matter of fact, this same event has happened in russia (tomsk), china and now canada. So much for that "rocket" theory. Kinda like the "magic bullet" theory to, did you buy that as well?
