Just wonderful. I love the little chicks. How do you get your fondant to sit so smoothly on the cupcakes? And what do you make your fondant out of?

@bellabambina18 I actually buy pre-made fondant. It's a big time saver - it takes me long enough to decorate cakes without having to make fondant! It's important to get the base icing (eg buttercream or ganache) as smooth as possible first before putting the fondant on, and to handle the fondant as little as possible. Planet Cake also recommends use of a 'flexi scraper' to smooth the fondant - I cut one out of a flexible smooth plastic chopping mat (small rectangle with rounded corners).

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I am not bakery and buy my fondant from a cake decorating store (I live in Australia). There will be lots of places that sell fondant where you live, just google and you will find somewhere close to you.
