Your a person ive always looked up to when finding out your role in still black ive held your ideals very closely. though im further transitionally your still my elder and hold much knowledge i absorb and build upon. How did your friend get the therapy letter from a doctor in that country. Because I been researching and they want you to have a letter from your therapist and one from a therapist there?

@nickynpooda Im not sure where you looking to have surgery but quite possibly you misunderstood the criteria. Unless its the belgium team as they require you to see their gender therapist. For any other dr ive spoken to (over 20) they all require letters from your therapist and/or a letter from a second therapist or signature on the same letter. After surgery you get a gender letter to change your information.

I do have some info on Thai experience...I have some friends that do "companion" care...because it is so expensive to fly...but you will spend alot time in recoup...you really do need someone there...

@Chianna328 Yes maam that is why I believe Im going to start doing the same thing as Im licensed to care for patients and trained very well to do so. I found a top surgeon in the houston area so I will be helping those that choose to use him. Quite possibly letting them stay here with me as well to kill costs
