Good talk. I've always felt that people who are always talking about leading are egoists. They think it's all about them. The important think isn't to lead, it's to do something useful and beneficial for others.

...and yet Mama Lucia is a leader...I think the essence is that we need better, stronger, selfless leaders. leading for the sake of being number one, the best, the top in your field stops you being the best leader you could be. And you can follow, and lead - both, which Stacey effectively has done. he took her leadership skills and used them to follow. well done!

This video has so much truth to it. The strength of following is something I've only recently begun to understand. It ties into what Jonathan Fields talked about at this TEDx too, you have to jump in and believe and be "in" the process in order to truly be successful. When you lose yourself in what your doing and follow the mission, whether it's yours or someone else's then you truly have a life worth living.
