The first guy said he was traveling at 80kph throught the white out. WTF. I don't know about you but if visibility is poor I slow my speed way down.

We have what they call *no fault* insurance here in Ontario - I think they would call this an act of nature ... each person would have to call their insurers (all drivers need to have it here)
