Also, the glass (polymer?) doors look interesting, but are pointless, and from a practical stance (dings in the carpark from other cars' doors) and a safety standpoint, they are ridiculous. I know this is just a concept, and any production version (if it ever got made) wouldn't have doors made of glass (or even some super-polycarbonate), but they still serve no purpose, plus your lady friends can't give you shifty little lap massages any more.

is anyone else puzzled as to why the motorized louvers in the kidney grill filp around,i mean they show them flip but they seem to look the same on both sides,first they show them lit in blue then they flip around and they still look the same,there still lit blue

@bulletproof2353 The don't flip AROUND, they OPEN then they CLOSE, same movement in reverse. Clearly, they open so that the grille can take in air to cool the engine, but what's more puzzling is why on earth they made them so garishly lit! (I have a problem with the colour, but also the fact that they are lit at all!)

Unless it's a flippin' police car, it looks tacky! Reminds me of the craze a few years ago for blue-ish neon lights under the chassis.

instead of using a 3 cylinder1.5L engine they should have used a rotary engine like the mazda rx-7&rx-8 if they are going for efficiency and sports performance,62mpg is great but that may have raised it even further,also it says it has thermoelectric generator at the back to convert lost energy in the form of heat into electric,but they should put a thermoelectric generator in the front too or where ever the diesel engine is,i would think more waste heat is created by its engine than its exhaust

The concept is good, its the future. Other companies make similar machines like Porshe Spyder and New light Lambo.

The weight reduction is a key to performance, speed, acceleration and fuel consumption.

Hovever in BMW project the 1.5 disel engine is siriouslyy too small, i rather would like to have 500 bhp monster machine with 3.0 engine and consumption on 5/100, than those 328 bhp at 3/100, i can sacriface thoe 2 liters for bigger driving pleasure :)
