In some schools of thought the more primative the source of the animal protein the easier it is for your body to digest it. So fish is the oldest, next is reptiles and poultry, and then up to mammals. I suppose that consuming another human would be the most difficult kind of protein to breakdown.

I define your level of vegetarianism based on the english language and vegetarianism. I know the different kinds of vegetarians, you eat fish and beef broth, you don't fit into any of them. Beef coating on chicken is a problem? Ever heard of "free range chicken"...the ones grown without hormones and antibiotics? Does that mean there's a difference between commercially raised chickens and chicken you might buy at your health-food/organic store? Making an issue of beef added to flavor the chicken while igoring perhaps the already "polluted" poultry to begin is ludicrous. In choosing fast-food, you've already surrendered your desire for healthy food at the door.
Actually free range means nothing, it means their cage has to be open for 15 minutes a day or something. Of course these chickens who live in their cage are scared of the outside and never leave their cage. The term that actually means something is 'cage-free' and organic.

In some schools of thought the more primative the source of the animal protein the easier it is for your body to digest it. So fish is the oldest, next is reptiles and poultry, and then up to mammals. I suppose that consuming another human would be the most difficult kind of protein to breakdown.

I define your level of vegetarianism based on the english language and vegetarianism. I know the different kinds of vegetarians, you eat fish and beef broth, you don't fit into any of them. McDonald's used to fry their french fries in beef tallow and cottonseed oil so they would have a better flavor - and more saturated fat than a hamburger. So they switched to soybean oil and used "natural flavoring" for the beef flavor. The source of the "natural flavoring" is...beef.

Beef coating on chicken is a problem? Ever heard of "free range chicken"...the ones grown without hormones and antibiotics? Does that mean there's a difference between commercially raised chickens and chicken you might buy at your health-food/organic store? Making an issue of beef added to flavor the chicken while igoring perhaps the already "polluted" poultry to begin is ludicrous. I just moved from Indiana where all we have is KFC to California, and all I can say is El Polo Loco kicks the hell out of the colonel. My new fav place to eat... and the chicken is actually healthy lol

Ana is so hot, I haven't been to KFC in over 1 year and thanks to that new el pollo loco commercial exposing KCF and their so called grilled chicken I will try even harder not to fall into the temptation of eating KFC. I have been going 1 year strong so I am hoping for the best :)
